Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Harry Hamilton has worked as a missionary in Santiago full time since 1991 and has been associated with mission work since 1982. His mission has been to establish churches and the first one established in 1993 has grown to sixty members. He is also involved in leadership training which has helped prepare several leaders for other congregations in Chile.

The Austin Avenue Church of Christ has the oversight of this very good work. Along with other churches and individuals across the nation, we share in the financial support the School of Preaching in Monterrey, Mexico. Since its beginning, the school has graduated over 110 ministers of the gospel and over 90% of those men are still preaching in the field. A large portion of the financial support for the school of preaching is used to provide income for the students and their families while they are in school. David and Rosalinda Cardenas have served as the school's director and secretary, respectively, since it's inception in 1978.
